Kristina has a background in HR, Change Management, Health and Safety, and General Management. She joined Construction post the 2011 earthquakes and was significantly involved in its safety initiatives. She has won awards such as Australian Microbusiness of the year (2003), NAWIC Hays Construction Administrator of the Year (2015), Safeguard Health and Safety Practitioner of the Year (2015), Site Safe Safety Leadership (2015), NZIM Women in Business (2016) and Safeguard Regional Initiative and Supreme Award as part of Canterbury Safety Charter (2016). At Leighs Kristina will be championing enhancing the people experience to achieve our aspiration to be the Construction Industry’s employer of choice.
